This Privacy Policy explains how relatent AI SL processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
Only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your work email (required), and optionally your company and the message describing what you want to build. We do not collect data through tracking, analytics or advertising.
3. Purpose & legal basis
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Recipients & processors
Your data is processed on our own server and email, provided by Hostinger (hosting and email provider, acting as data processor, with servers located in the European Union). [Confirm Hostinger datacenter region = EU] We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
5. International transfers
No transfers of your personal data outside the European Economic Area are intended. Web fonts are self-hosted on our own server, so visiting this site does not transfer your data to third-party providers.
6. Retention
We keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship begins, for its duration plus any legally required retention periods. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@relatentai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls) to protect your data.
